Andaaz brings a repast of authentic cuisine, evocative of those golden times when every meal was a feast and every feast a gourmand’s delight.
Andaaz is owned and operated by chef Ahmed Chema.
He holds degrees in culinary arts and communication design. After completing his culinary arts education and serve safe certification he started working as a cook and has seventeen years of experience in hospitality industry. He currently owns three successful restaurants in Pakistan and provides consultancy.
The kitchen at Andaaz is headed by Abdul Gafur. Chef Gafur has over twenty years of experience and has held the position since the restaurant opened its doors in 2008. His team comprises of well-trained chefs cooks and dishwashers. These young men were recruited from villages around Lahore and had no experience working before joining Andaaz. Most of them have been working at Andaaz for over five years.
The service and guest relations are overseen by miss Zarka Bajwa. She joined Andaaz seven years ago and has been integral in successfully providing superior service and winning hearts of our patrons.
The service team is made up of a mix of girls boys and transgenders. They have been carefully recruited and trained to provide outclass service and handle those difficult moments with a smile.
All of the service staff had never worked before they joined us and most have been serving with Andaaz for over half a decade.
The administration department is our backbone.
They work persistently so that our kitchen and front teams can create unforgettable experiences for our patrons in the most pleasing and secure environment. Most of our administration staff had no work experience when they joined us and have been with since we opened.
