Led by Experience, United by Purpose
The Andaaz family is led by Ahmed Chema, a hospitality entrepreneur with degrees in culinary arts and communication design. With 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Ahmed brings both creative vision and operational mastery to every aspect of Andaaz. Today, he leads three celebrated restaurants in Pakistan and consults for the region’s top culinary ventures.
In the kitchen, Chef Abdul Gafur has led our culinary team since the restaurant opened in 2008. With more than 20 years of experience, Chef Gafur is among the most respected Pakistani chefs in the fine dining space. His team of chefs and cooks, many recruited from surrounding villages, have trained and grown with Andaaz—honing their skills to deliver authentic Pakistani cuisine with refined presentation.
Hospitality That Comes From the Heart
Our service and guest relations team, led by Zarka Bajwa, embodies what true hospitality means. From her first day at Andaaz 15 years ago, she has shaped a service culture rooted in warmth, attentiveness, and grace. Today, her team includes a diverse mix of men, women, and transgender individuals, all trained to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience.
None of our staff came from a hospitality background when they first joined—and yet, most have remained with us for over five to ten years, growing into experts in fine service and genuine care.
