Who we are



The idea was conceived in by Ahmed Chema, a graduate of National College of Arts Lahore who than went to USA to study Culinary Arts and pursue his life long passions –
cooking, fine dining and hospitality.

He chose the theme for Andaaz to be “A Journey for the Food Lover” through the sub-continent and converted an early 19th century building into a small archive, a museum of local heritage and history.

After a long hectic process of scanning through professionals from the industry and lots of newbies including transgenders and rehabilitated female sex workers, Ahmed was able to put together a team of smart hard working individuals who share his vision.
